Our Idiyappam Podi is made from high quality sortex rice, soft less sticky texture. No need of hot water you can use normal water. Take one cup of Idiyappam powder; add the required amount of normal water (approximately 1 to 11/2 cup) and the required salt to taste. Mix thoroughly to make a smooth dough. Press through a sevanazhi and cook for about 5-6minutes. Tasty idiyappam is ready to serve.
