MasterSpiders Innovations Private Limited reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, suspend, reject or remove any listing that it reasonably believes violates this Policy, applicable law, payment gateway requirements, logistics restrictions or the rights of any third party.

The Company may suspend or terminate Seller Accounts, withhold settlements where permitted by law and cooperate with competent authorities where unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

Nothing contained in this Policy limits any statutory rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

36. Intellectual Property Notice

All trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, software, databases, marketplace content and policy documents available through AvailEverything.com remain the property of MasterSpiders Innovations Private Limited or their respective owners.

Nothing in this Policy grants Sellers any licence or ownership rights in the Company's intellectual property except as expressly permitted under the Seller Terms & Conditions.
